The Top of the Court Function room is available for a rental fee of $300.This amount includes it’s available amenities, such as; 10 round tables, 3 large rectangular buffet tables, 2 smaller rectangular seating tables, 1 small round gift/cake table and 150 chairs. In addition to this amount, the rentee must also pay a security deposit of $150.00. This deposit will be fully refundable after the event as long as no damage has been incurred and everything in the hall remains in tact. The hall is equipped with a full bar and an employee of the Top of the Court, Inc. must be present at all times due to liability purposes.Please be advised there is an additional $150 service charge for any rental that does not require bar services.Subsequently, if bar service is requested on the night of the function, there is a minimum bar expense of $150.If the bar tab does not cover this minimum amount, the difference must be paid by the rentee.
In order to secure a date for a function, the security deposit of $150, and additional $50 must be paid to the Top of the Court, Inc. and or paid directly to an employee of Top of the Court Inc, or Afonso Real Estate Inc.By leaving such deposit, rentee understands that there is only a refund of the security deposit as long as no damage has been incurred. In general, a professional bartender can accommodate a party up to 40 people.An additional bartender may be provided for an additional fee of $50.This is respectfully advised for any function expecting more than 50 people.By signing this agreement, the Rentee agrees to clean up tables and/or all decorations.This includes clearing off all tables and dumping any garbage in the receptacles provided.In addition, this agreement holds the Rentee responsible for any damage caused to the hall or any of its amenities (including tables, chairs, light fixtures, mirrors, and carpet) during the night of the event. NO teenagers, children or underage adults are allowed to loiter the hallways, elevators or parking lot without being accompanied by an adult. Nothing is allowed to be hung from any of the sprinklers in the function facility. A credit card number MUST be provided in case of any damage caused.Furthermore, this contract binds the Rentee to pay any outstanding amount due, such as any remaining rental fee or open bar tabs, on the night of the engagement, unless otherwise specified by the hall manager.
